phdrem Terms & Conditions – Online Casino & Sports Betting

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Platform" refers to the phdrem website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services accessible at phdrem.cam and related domains.
• "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the Platform.
• "We," "Us," "Our," "phdrem," "Company" refers to the legal entity operating the Platform under PAGCOR license.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, and other gaming products offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the funds held in a User's Account, including deposited funds and winnings.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under whose license phdrem operates.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or participating in any Games, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and phdrem.

If You do not agree with any provision of these Terms, You must immediately cease using the Platform and close Your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

phdrem reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an Account or use any services on the phdrem Platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering, You represent and warrant that You meet this age requirement. phdrem employs age verification technology and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify age.

Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds in such Accounts will be forfeited, and any winnings voided. phdrem takes underage gambling prevention seriously and cooperates with authorities to prosecute violations where applicable.

3.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Capacity

You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in Your jurisdiction of residence. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that Your use of phdrem complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. phdrem is licensed to operate in the Philippines and targets Filipino users. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

You represent and warrant that You have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement and that You are not subject to any legal incapacity or limitation that would prevent You from using the Platform.

3.3 Account Registration Process

To use phdrem's services, You must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (PHP).

You agree to maintain and promptly update Your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. Failure to provide accurate information or to update information may result in Account suspension or termination.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted only one (1) Account on the phdrem Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under Your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

phdrem employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. If multiple Accounts are detected, all associated Accounts will be closed, funds confiscated, and the User permanently banned from the Platform.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

4.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account username and password. You agree to immediately notify phdrem of any unauthorized use of Your Account or any other breach of security. phdrem will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to maintain Account security.

You must not share Your login credentials with any third party. phdrem staff will never ask for Your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any request for Your password should be reported immediately as a potential phishing or fraud attempt.

4.2 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activities that occur under Your Account, whether authorized by You or not. This includes all deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, and communications sent from Your Account. If You believe Your Account has been compromised, You must change Your password immediately and contact customer support.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication

phdrem strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on Your Account for enhanced security. While optional, 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized Account access. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in Your Account security settings.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phdrem accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on Your Account verification status. VIP members may be eligible for higher deposit limits. Specific limits are displayed during the deposit process.

5.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to Your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to process depending on the sending bank's procedures. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation, which may take several minutes to hours depending on network congestion.

5.4 Deposit Fees

phdrem does not charge fees for deposits. However, Your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, bank, cryptocurrency exchange) may impose transaction fees. These third-party fees are not controlled by phdrem and are Your responsibility.

5.5 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into Your phdrem Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. phdrem is required by law to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may request documentation proving the source of Your funds, particularly for large deposits or withdrawals.

6. Withdrawals and Verification

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, unless circumstances make this impractical or impossible. This requirement is mandated by AML regulations. You may withdraw to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency wallet, subject to verification requirements.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is five hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500). There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified Accounts, although phdrem reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments for security and operational reasons.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Most withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically fastest, often completing within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to forty-eight (48) hours depending on the receiving bank. Cryptocurrency withdrawals depend on blockchain confirmation times.

6.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

phdrem is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawals. You must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting valid government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).

Withdrawals will be held pending KYC verification. phdrem may request additional documentation for large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in withdrawal denial and Account suspension.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees

phdrem does not charge withdrawal fees for most payment methods. However, cryptocurrency withdrawals incur network fees (gas fees, miner fees) which are deducted from the withdrawal amount. These fees are determined by blockchain networks, not by phdrem.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by phdrem are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each promotion. General bonus terms apply unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning You must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms.

Different Games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution percentages are listed in each bonus's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

phdrem reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts of Users found to be engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion with other Users to manipulate bonus conditions, or any other behavior phdrem deems abusive.

7.4 Voluntary Bonus Decline

You have the right to decline any bonus or opt out of promotional communications at any time through Your Account settings or by contacting customer support. Declining a bonus may prevent You from receiving future promotional offers.

8. Game Rules and Conduct

8.1 Game Fairness

All Games on the phdrem Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random, fair, and cannot be predicted or manipulated by phdrem, Users, or any third party.

8.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Each Game displays its theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the expected long-term statistical payout. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee individual session results. Short-term variance means actual results may differ significantly from RTP in any given session.

8.3 Game Rules

Each Game has specific rules that govern gameplay, payouts, and betting limits. It is Your responsibility to understand the rules of any Game before wagering real money. Game rules are accessible within each Game interface or through the help section.

8.4 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets are accepted subject to these Terms and specific Game rules. phdrem reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at any time without explanation. Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled except in cases of obvious technical error.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error, all affected bets and payouts are void. phdrem will attempt to restore gameplay state when possible, but technical failures may result in bet cancellation and stake refund.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phdrem Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraud or attempted fraud of any kind, including providing false information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account per person, whether under Your own name or using false identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or sports betting.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, scraping tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform or Games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses or promotions in ways not intended by phdrem, including creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Money Laundering: Using phdrem for money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to access Your Account or participate in gambling.
• Offensive Behavior: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Users or phdrem staff.
• Intellectual Property Violation: Copying, modifying, or distributing phdrem's software, content, or trademarks without authorization.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use Your Account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phdrem Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of phdrem or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from phdrem.

The phdrem name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of phdrem and may not be used without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of phdrem's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties under Philippine law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phdrem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Your use of the Platform, even if phdrem has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phdrem's total aggregate liability to You for all claims arising from Your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount You have deposited into Your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

phdrem is not liable for:

• Any losses caused by technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond phdrem's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to Your Account resulting from Your failure to maintain password security.
• Delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers or banks.
• Any losses resulting from Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, wars, strikes, or other events beyond phdrem's reasonable control.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Resolution

If You have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform or Your Account, You must first contact phdrem customer support to attempt resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through customer support. Provide all relevant details and allow phdrem reasonable time to investigate and respond.

12.2 PAGCOR Mediation

If internal resolution is unsuccessful, You may file a complaint with PAGCOR, the regulatory authority under whose license phdrem operates. PAGCOR provides mediation services for disputes between Players and licensed operators. phdrem is committed to cooperating fully with PAGCOR mediation processes.

12.3 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support or PAGCOR mediation shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in English, by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties.

By agreeing to these Terms, You waive Your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

12.4 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

13. Suspension and Termination

13.1 User-Initiated Termination

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance (after deducting any outstanding obligations) will be returned to You via Your verified withdrawal method. Accounts with active bonuses or pending wagering requirements may be subject to bonus forfeiture upon closure.

13.2 phdrem-Initiated Suspension

phdrem reserves the right to suspend or restrict Your Account access temporarily if:

• We suspect fraudulent activity or Terms violation.
• We require additional verification documents from You.
• We detect unusual betting patterns that require investigation.
• We are legally required to suspend Your Account by PAGCOR or law enforcement.

During suspension, You will not be able to place bets or make withdrawals, but Your Balance remains intact pending investigation resolution.

13.3 phdrem-Initiated Termination

phdrem reserves the right to permanently terminate Your Account and forfeit all funds if:

• You are found to have provided false information during registration or verification.
• You are found to have created multiple Accounts.
• You engage in fraud, collusion, or other prohibited activities as defined in Section 9.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• You violate these Terms in any material way.

In cases of Account termination, phdrem may, at its sole discretion, refund Your original deposit amount (excluding bonuses and winnings) or forfeit all funds depending on the severity of the violation.

14. Responsible Gaming

phdrem is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools and resources to help You maintain control over Your gaming activities:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in Your Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss limits per session, day, or week.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between You and phdrem regarding Your use of the Platform. No representation, warranty, or condition not expressly stated in these Terms shall be binding on either party.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer Your rights or obligations under these Terms without phdrem's prior written consent. phdrem may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliated entity or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

15.5 Waiver

phdrem's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of phdrem.
